MicroStation (v8) – Fix Reference File Paths

To fix a whole bunch of “sheet” files with missing references in Microstation (v8), simply modify the MS-RFDIR variable in Microstation. This is, at best, a “hack” but when all you’re concerned about is plotting them drawings, or taking key measurements, this is all you need.Simply: open Microstation -> Workspace-> Configuration->microstation_config.jpgHit Edit, and add some relative paths.Example: your Drawing directory probably looks like this:../Drawings/Plot_sheets/../Drawings/Reference/Arch/../Drawings/Reference/Borders/..etc etc etcSine you want the drawings in the Plot_sheets directory to resolve its references in the Reference directory, simply add a relative path into the MS_RFDIR variable in Microstation as shown in the Pic above. Remeber the two dots in front, and the trailing slash. (Microstation auto-converts the slashes)
